All mattresses and foundations MUST be clean and free of any stains, tears, rips or burns and have a law tag attached in order to qualify for a warranty claim. We highly recommend a mattress protector.
You will recieve a call from our delivery department the night before with a time frame when they will bring your merchandise. Please check the reciept for accurate contact numbers.
Our drivers will deliver and set up your merchandise and remove all cartons and wrappings to the garbage or a specified area.
Please Note We do not take old bedding away in our trucks due to the organic and natural products we carry. We simply cannot disinfect our trucks with pesticides or harmful cleaners. We hope you understand.
Please allow time for your furniture to arrive at our warehouse, keep in mind that it is inherent for some furniture to arrive from the manufactureer damaged. Sleepworks takes every precaution to insure our suppliers pack and carton all merchandise correctly and to withstand moving and shaking in trucks but unfortunately it is the nature for some to arrive with damage. NO Worries! Sleepworks will reorder any damaged components or the whole order to your satisfaction at no charge to you.
It will be nice to know that Sleepworks handles all warranties from the showroom level, no need to wait long periods for inspectors, measurers, multiple calls and emails back and forth. Sleepworks will be happy to address any warranty issues you may have with your previously purchased mattress or furniture. Simply call the customer service number and we will expedite your request immediately.
In all cases, Sleepworks will work hard to make you satisfied. Period!
