Easy Assembly
The EOS organic mattress is shipped in multiple boxes for convenience and maneuverability. It is equipped with a heavy-duty brass zipper that makes assembly and layer swap a snap. Setup typically takes 15 minutes or less with two people and will familiarize you with the layers should you ever want to layer swap.

Two 3″ Organic Latex Layers 
Well known for its comfortable pressure-point relieving qualities, latex is also one of the most breathable and temperature-neutral materials available. Best of all, it’s made from the sap of a rubber tree! Unlike synthetic and even all-natural blends, we only source our latex foam from reputable certified organic suppliers, ensuring purity, fair labor practices, and support for healthy farming to protect our planet’s latex forests. The finished foam is certified to the Global Organic Latex Standard (GOLS) and wrapped in a stretch-knit organic cotton outer casing.

Microcoil Option (made without latex) 
Encased in a stretch-knit organic cotton outer casing, our high-density micro coils are individually wrapped for full body-contouring comfort in a lightweight yet durable polyester fabric. They resist body impressions while providing comfortable pressure point relief. They also improve breathability and heat dissipation for a cool and comfortable sleep. Exclusive construction completely avoids the use of glues and adhesives. If you choose to build your EOS without latex, this layer will ship in its place.

8″ Breathable Encased Coil Support
Encased in a durable organic cotton outer casing, the EOS coils are individually wrapped for full body-contouring comfort in a plant-based PLA fabric. This method ensures the isolation of movement while promoting balanced support for proper postural alignment. Exclusive construction completely avoids the use of glues or adhesives. Provides just the right amount of bounce while adding excellent breathability and heat dissipation characteristics as compared with memory foam and even all-latex mattresses.

Organic Cotton Fabric & Filling 
Organic cotton is the purest form of cotton and a healthier alternative to synthetic fabrics and foams. Naturepedic uses only U.S.-grown and certified organic cotton as filling for its mattresses and buys directly from USDA-certified sources. This increases purity, organic reliability, and support for U.S. farmers. The surface fabric is soft to the touch and easily stretches to conform to your body.

Organic Wool Batting 
Wool wicks away moisture provides natural fire protection and offers temperature regulation, keeping you warm in the winter and cool in the summer. It has a natural crimp which gives it bounce, body, and soft support characteristics. Many of these benefits are due to its complex physio-chemical structure, which can not be artificially manufactured. GOTS-certified organic wool facilitates healthy, well-treated sheep and the elimination of harmful chemicals in the processing of the wool.

PLA Comfort Layer 
Located directly under the wool, the PLA comfort layer adds resiliency to the quilt for increased performance and moisture wicking. Our non-GMO PLA is made from potatoes. It wicks away moisture, offers a comfortable resiliency, and does not off-gas harmful chemicals. In fact, it is used for food packaging and a number of biomedical applications.

NO Flame Retardant Chemicals 
The EOS organic mattress is completely free of all flame-retardant chemicals and FR barriers. Due to its smart natural design and the elimination of petrochemical foams, it meets and exceeds all federal and state flammability standards naturally.

Tested for Chemical Emissions 
Unlike memory foam and some latex mattresses, the EOS helps you avoid harmful chemicals and unnecessary additives so you can “breathe easy.” Improve your indoor air quality and reduce your chemical exposure by eliminating these chemicals in the first place. The EOS has been thoroughly tested for chemical emissions and is certified to the stringent GREENGUARD® GOLD standard. This helps promote a cleaner, more chemical-free sleep environment.
